Richard has been serving the Witte Company for over 50 years, previously as President and now CEO. With a strong engineering background, Richard takes pride in delivering his clients the highest quality product on the market. As CEO, Richard oversees the companies general direction and offers insight into key decisions. Away from work, Richard enjoys spending time with his five grandchildren.
Tyson has been with the Witte Company since 2006, previously working in the engineering department. Tyson has a background in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Lehigh University in 2004. As President, Tyson is involved with all aspects of the company, including sales, engineering and manufacuring. Watching a project progress from a sales proposal to commissioning is something that gives him tremendous satisfaction. Outside of work, Tyson is an avid cyclist, enjoys hiking in the mountains and has interest in many forms of motorsport.
Joe joined the company in 2022. His background is in accounting and business management. Joe is responsible for creating all financial reports, accounting activity and general HR issues. Business investments and cost cutting initiatives are two areas of expertise that Joe will use to strengthen the Witte Company for the future. In his free time, Joe enjoys playing and teaching tennis as well as attending concerts and sporting events.
Technical Sales Engineering
A veteran of the Company, Larry started at the Witte company in 1978 in the engineering department and ultimately moved into a sales role. Larry's exceptional customer service and enthusiasm to work with client's who have challenging applications made him a natural fit for this position. Larry has a passion for the outdoors and enjoys activities such as cycling, kayaking and fly fishing. He always looks forward to going on his annual vacation to Maine where he can spend time with family and enjoy great seafood.
Bob's brings over 30 years of experience to the engineering department at The Witte Company. Bob takes pride in coming up with creative design solutions as well as teaching younger engineers the principles of machine design. Brought up on a family farm, Bob enjoys being outside and working on projects. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as hunting, fishing and gardening.
Valerie has been with the Witte Company since 1998. Her responsibilities include the procurement of raw material and finished components, inventory management and price tracking. After work, she enjoys line dancing and decorating her home with silk flower arrangements.
Sales and Logistics Coordinator
A member of The Witte Company since 2011, Kris performs a multitude of tasks that are essential to keeping the business running efficiently. Kris spends a lot of time interacting with customers to best meet their needs. Quoting new equipment, locating spare machinery parts and arranging shipping logistics are some functions that make up her day. In her time away from work, Kris enjoys being outdoors, preferably near the water. She loves a variety of music and dancing.
Lead Manufacturing Supervisor
A Witte employee since 1988, Scott is well versed in the many aspects of manufacturing that go into the creation of Witte's line of vibrating process equipment. In addition, he helps manage the production schedule to ensure delivery dates are met. In order to maintain high product quality, Scott spends considerable time training his workforce and working with our engineers. At home, Scott enjoys spending time with his family, worshiping the Lord, hiking and going to stock car races.
